Vekta Fields assists with field mapping and export; it does not fly the aircraft or verify airspace on your behalf. The operator is solely responsible for safe flight, compliance with applicable airspace and drone regulations, and for independently verifying every exported boundary and obstacle before using it for autonomous spraying or any other automated operation. Never rely on Vekta Fields as the sole safety check before an autonomous flight.
A Vekta Fields subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for the term of your subscription, on up to the number of devices included in your plan. The software is licensed to you, not sold.
Vekta Fields is offered on monthly, three-month and annual billing periods. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, charged to your payment method on file via Stripe, until you cancel.
Accounts created on or before 30 September 2026 receive full access at no charge until that date. Accounts created after that date receive a one-time 15-day free trial. Each account is entitled to one trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account page's billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance contract. Because Vekta Fields is digital content and, by subscribing, you request immediate access, that right ends once you expressly acknowledge this and the service begins — consistent with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. If in doubt, contact us before subscribing.
Outside the withdrawal right above, fees already paid for a billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@vektasystems.com.
Vekta Fields is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vekta Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including crop loss, aircraft damage, or third-party claims arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Vekta Fields after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
